Downing Street Property Management Inc. (DSPM) is a Canadian full service third party property management company that provides leasing, financing needs, asset acquisition & disposition, and property management services. Founded in 1988 and privately owned, DSPM is headquartered in Vaughan (Ontario) and manage assets primarily in Southern Ontario as well as northern United States and across Canada. DSPM has remote offices for their property manages in many of their managed properties.

The owners of Business.ca knew that their new company would need IT support for its servers, network, security and custom software.
