What exactly is covered?

Every business is different, but with Managed IT Services all desktop computers, laptops, servers and network devices you own will be taken care of by Dynamix. That means we take responsibility for keeping your hardware healthy, your software current, monitoring your network, maintaining up-to-date anti-virus protection, and keeping the technology side of your business running smoothly.

It also includes day-to-day troubleshooting support for any issues encountered by your staff, as well as responses to specific requests for changes or additions to elements within your IT network.

As a Dynamix client, how do I access your services?

With Managed IT our services come to you, with regular maintenance and monitoring, and unlimited onsite and remote support included in your monthly fee.

And we’re only a phone call or email away. We’re always happy to meet in person or over the phone to discuss your evolving IT needs.

What does having Managed IT Services cost?

Our service model uses a fixed monthly fee, which is based on the size and complexity of your particular network. Once contracted, your Managed IT Services will cover maintenance and support for every component of your network, providing you with peace of mind and the ability to accurately forecast your IT maintenance costs.
