Remote Network Monitoring

Dynamix remote monitoring services is available to all clients, this service is included in our Monthly managed service package. Remote network monitoring is designed as an early warning system for your environment. If a preset condition is triggered, an email is sent to our helpdesk and an engineer will begin to investigate the issue. Dynamix does provide monthly reports of all alerts that have been triggered. Monitoring is available for workstation, server and network components.
